How MRR Is Calculated

Net new MRR = New MRR + Expansion MRR − Churned MRR − Contraction MRR
Ending MRR = Starting MRR + Net new MRR
MoM growth = (Net new MRR ÷ Starting MRR) × 100

MRR is the sum of all normalized monthly subscription revenue. Annual subscriptions count as their monthly equivalent (Annual ÷ 12).
